PROGRAM: Patti Shock, professor at University of Nevada, Las Vegas, teaching "Catering" and "Intro to Conventions and Social Media for Hospitality" and author of A Meeting Planner's Guide to Catered Events, will spotlight "Catering Trends for 2010 and Beyond".

Please RSVP now. The chef needs an accurate count, so unless you cancel by the noon August 13 deadline, your registration fee is due, even if you don't attend. Walk-ins are always welcome; however, our special dinner may not be available beyond the number of RSVPs, so walk-ins may receive an alternate.
